Family Fitness Day

A great time was had by all at our first Family Fitness Day on February 23, 2008 from 2 - 7:30 pm at Providence Rec Center in Falls Church, VA. Attendees participated in a variety of recreational and sports activities to include weight training, swimming, racquetball or basketball. A nutritionist also spoke at the event.

Four lucky attendees won a two-pack of tickets each to see the Washington Wizards play Charlotte on March 8, 2008 from the luxurious comfort of a Verizon Center suite. Congratulations to them all!
